Because each order is personally curated and made specifically for the customer, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy.

Customized Orders

All items and packages provided by Jonadev’s Elite Gifts Services are customized or specially prepared based on the customer’s request, theme, occasion, and design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are kindly asked to carefully review all order details including names, dates, messages, package selections, delivery information, and customization requests before confirming their order. Jonadev’s Elite Gifts Services is not responsible for errors provided by the customer after the order has been finalized.

Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged due to handling during delivery, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photo evidence so that we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
